Questions
Can I phone or email you?
You can reach me on my contact page. Leave me your contact info and I’ll give you a call back, usually within 24 hours. I don’t post my number online to avoid spam.
How long have you been practicing?
I have been a practicing therapist since 2012.
What is your approach to therapy?
I have training in existential-phenomenological psychology, psychoanalysis, as well as other evidence based approaches. I place great importance on the therapist-client relationship – listening and making meaning together. Labels can be helpful, but we each have our own unique experiences that can’t be reduced so simply. To be welcomed into someone’s inner world is a tremendous gift. Every individual deserves to be met with dignity and kindness.
When and where are you available?
My practice is 100% remote. This makes it much easier for gap-year students and lone soldiers to schedule sessions that fit with their busy schedules. This also brings down costs for my clients.
